    No matter what I do to try and change basic CSS, it will not work.

    1) Tried theme options - NO SUCCESS

    2) I added the following code to the "Custom CSS" field - NO SUCCESS

    .eltd-main-menu {
        position: relative;
        height: 100%;
        font-family: "Open Sans",sans-serif;
    }

    .eltd-header-centered.eltd-light-header .eltd-page-header .eltd-menu-area .eltd-main-menu > ul > li > a {
        color: #ddd09c;
        -webkit-transition: color .2s ease-in-out;
        -moz-transition: color .2s ease-in-out;
        transition: color .2s ease-in-out;
    }

    .eltd-main-menu ul li a {
        font-size: 14px;
        font-weight: 600;
        line-height: 16px;
        color: #7c7c7c;
    }

    Hello,

    You probably have not set proper css selectors. It should work fine. Could you please send us WP admin access, so that we can inspect this closer? Also you could tell us what do you want to change, so that we can send you appropriate code?

    Thanks

    I had to use a 3rd party plugin called "Simple CSS" which finally worked.

    There is something wrong with your theme.

    Having the same issues, did you find out how to update the site settings? Seems to change after hours, but not all?

    Is there a css compression feature being used that I can turn off for testing my settings?

    Hello,

    Please send us WP admin access, so that we can check this closer? This works fine in this theme, so the issue is somewhere else. You could check whether file permissions are 755. Sometimes it can causes this kind of issues.

    Thanks
