Hello - 

I just purchased the Moose theme today and am trying to figure it out. To start, I am writing a blog post. I tried inserting the elated blockquote element via the built in elated button on the post editor, and this is not working. It seems that the text color is defaulted to white, so I can not see any of the text. I then go to Elated options in my menu, go to elements, scroll down to blockquotes, and change the text color to black, and then press save changes. However when I go back to the post page and try again, the text is still white. I go back to the blockquote settings and the color has reset back to white. 

So when I change the text color, the change does not save. I am also a complete beginner to this and am overwhelmed by the scope of options, so please excuse a secondary, probably silly question. In order to create the main site menu, am I supposed to use the "customization" option under theme, or is there somewhere else I am to do this via the visual composer or elated? I'm just not sure if the native theme customization platform is obsolete now that I have your theme, or if this is still useful for various things. 

Finally, if I am to import a demo, will this also import a number of associated files that I cannot delete? I might want to import one of the moose demos, but don't want to be flooded with files that I cannot delete if I change my mind about beginning from the demo.
