I have very big styling issue, nothing is consistant between IE / Chrome / Firefox. The margin are not the same, in IE I lost all the icon and a lot of styling.
My WordPress just got to the new version, I have no pluggin installed (just enlated ones) so no conflict with the theme.
And I didn't played with the css. My set up is vanilla, clean and fresh.
I was thinking I had broken my worpress playing with pluggin so I erased all, and installed all again just to discover that all is bugged again...
What's happening ?
How are you going to fix this ?
And if you can't, can you refund me ? I'm just trying to make your theme work untill I bought it and I'm just tired to word on !
We can not replicate any inconsistency on our end. If you check our demo, you will see it works fine accross browsers. We advice you to import desired demo in Elated Options > Import and then to check how it works in different browsers. We also checked your website and as we could see it looks same in Mozila, Chrome and Explorer.

It seems also that I can't change my menu style anymore. I want a vertical menu and it's impossible to set-up !

I did one more test, I tried to set-up the vertical menu in the WordPress theme preview.
And when I click on "menu", it says that I have only one menu availible...
The bug is in Internet Explorer.... Your theme doesn't have to be compliant with all principal browers ?
