Is it possible to use a full width background, aka the Stretch option for rows in this theme?
Attached is a screen shot of the options in Visual Compsoer I'm used to seeing, where you can set the row to Stretch. And also a screen shot of what I see for The Elated Row options, where it does not show Stretch as an option.
We've disabled that option, since it is not compatible with some other features we added for row. Could you please tell us what do you want to achieve and we might help with some css code instead?

The basic idea is to have the background-color of the Row stretch the full width of the screen, nothing special. Just the same functionality that is standard via Visual Composer. The row's background stretches the full screen say 2400px, but the content remains centered within the container, say only 1400px wide. Thanks!
You can use full width template and then use rows in grid, except those where you want to set background color in full width. For that rows you will need to us full width option. That is workaround and you will be able to achieve desired effect.
