please can you help regarding the comments from my client listed below?
We have just checked again and Google is looking ‘hot to trot’ but on the same computer it cuts off the pics via Explorer. We thought aaahhh this is just on one computer so the computer may be odd – but it has happened on all of them when we have tried! Sadly it also happens when you enter via Firefox….there is definitely a bug that your techie brain needs to cure!
On the mobile version – again different devices do different things…..
Samsung – gives you the whole phone number and half the enquiries address (at the top of the home page Iphone – gives you half the phone number! 01423 544 (and leaves the other 544 off and email off too)
Both phones look odd when you scroll down to the ‘meet he family logos’ as they are HUGE The stripes below the soup pic are also massive On the S6 version of Samsung it is fine but the S7 version the home pictures are so big you can’t see the scroll down bits. Weirdly on all mobiles, the visitors car pic (on the home page) has 5mm of the bears cabinet beneath it (so the bottom of the top pic- the organisers bear, is showing at the bottom of the car pic) Also on the contact us button when you scroll down to the blue ‘Submit’ button it comes up on top of the text (that should run beneath it)
Hope you can wave your magic wand and sort!
Btw i'm looking to do another site - a bit simpler - with the template but need to resolve these matters first.
Can you please send us WP admin access, so that we can check some adjustmensts you set? Also, we would appreciate if you could send us some screen shots, regarding to these issues, so that we can precisely inspect everything.

1) I've added some code and this is the best how header top could looks like, since there is a lack of space.
