    I've added a menu item to load an image, but despite ticking 'don't show' and 'don't link' it is not behaving that way in the mobile menu, so what's wrong?

    The nested menu items in the mobile view seem to link back to the homepage too?

    Update:

    I fixed the menu item from showing on a mobile with css, but the nested menus still have issues…

    On a mobile, you click the arrow to reveal the other nested menu items (second level etc), but if you click the text it reloads the page and doesn't open the second level?

    Seem to have fixed the clicking issue by selecting the 'no link' option, but the menu doesn't scroll on a mobile? This means some of the third level menu items don't show?

    Can you please send us WP admin access, so that we can check issue with 3rd level of menu items on mobile's closer?
