No matter what I do, demo content sliders are not importing. I have purchased this theme based on how relevant it was for my project and need the demo content to load. Please and thank you.
This is normal, because revolution slider is additional custom post type and it have its own Import / Export functionality, so from Rev slider import option navigate to theme forest download folder / xml export and select rev slider export file which you want to be imported.
Best Regards!

Since you are providing demo content and telling customers how to install it and you say it is "normal" for sliders not to import... then why not provide instructions to "normally" import the sliders?
For instance, right now I am not clear as to how to import the sliders, even after your response. What is the format of the slider files? What are those files called? Where are these files located in the theme folder/zip file?
Thats working now - if you're not sure how to import from Slider Revolution, go into the main Slider Revolution page, and at the end of the row at the top where the existing sliders are, click on 'Import Slider' and then browse.

Dear Eleted team,

Looking forward to your response.

Sadly this hasn't worked for me. I found the file to import but got the response 'incompatible archive'. Screenshot attached
Rachelle, hi. What are the archive names and which folder are they in?
Just trying another option now - I tried to import the xml file but looks like i needed the zip file. So, you can find that:
xml export > rev slider > then select relevant zip
Thats working now - if you're not sure how to import from Slider Revolution, go into the main Slider Revolution page, and at the end of the row at the top where the existing sliders are, click on 'Import Slider' and then browse.
Thank you, Rachelle. You are amazing. Issue resolved.
