Unfortunately we don't have instructions for separate elements within the theme, but element options should be enough sine they are self explanatory. If that is not enough, you can simply import desired demo to your installation from Elated options > Import. In this way you will see which elements and options we used, and you can easily replace demo content with your own.
In case that you are interested particular into tabs showcased on this page http://savory.elated-themes.com/tabs/ we can copy all shortcodes to some page of yours, just provide us with WordPress admin access and a login link, but it is much easier to install entire demo.

I was wondering if you had a tutorial for adding and formatting an Elated Tab with Visual Composer?
It looks like a great feature for my website, but quite confusing to use.
