I installed the Flow theme successfully into my WordPress account. However, when I go to activate and customize, it says that www.revuebyscout.com is unable to handle the request and reveals a blank page. Do you know why the Flow theme is not fully downloading into my WP account?
I have all the necessary plug-ins downloaded and activated as well. It worked for a few minutes and is now going back to blank when I attempt to customize.
One other question - is there anyway to speed up the transition from one page to the next? I know there is the graphic (I chose the diamond) that turns as the page loads, but the transition is taking a very long time and causing my bounce rate to increase 40%!
Please let me know if I can change the way the page transitions to just a normal load.
There is no option to speed up transition. This is created by using AJAX. You could only do some things to speed up your website. We have tested your website and there is a lot of space for improvements.

First you need to ask your hosting why server response time is low https://www.screencast.com/t/TUqpcx3NSE. They can improve this for sure.
Also you have issue with leverage browser caching and you need to follow this article http://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html in order to fix this
