Progress bar just wasn't working, but it eventually showed up.

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
If you still have same issue, please send us WP admin access, so that we can inspect this issue closer?

All of those were fine. It eventually imported without any issues. The progress bar just didn't want to be friendly.
