It is probably pushed by logo image, since the website is not in full width in live preview. Is it everything fine in regular view? If it is, you don't have to worry about the live preview.

When I go to Live Preview, the menu is either hidden or empty for some reason. I didn't make any changes other than renaming few menu items.
