So I have already updated all php settings according to the specifications you mentioned in response to other customers posts. However, the importer is still getting hung up on 90%. I was wondering if you might be able to help me revolve this issue.
Your issue is probably connected with the low PHP resources. In order to fix this, please increase these values or ask your hosting to achieve this for you:

Your issue is probably connected with the low PHP resources. In order to fix this, please increase these values or ask your hosting to achieve this for you:
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
If this does not help, please send us WP admin access.
