Right now, all Sticky Posts end up showing on the Carousel Blog Slider, even if the ID of the sticky post was not added to the list of the selected posts. Is there a way so that only the posts whose IDs were added to the selected posts show up on the Carousel Blog Slider?
That is default WordPress functionality and we could not guide you unfortunately how to overwrite it. It does not come from theme files. You need to research bit in default WP files.

If you use sticky post, it post by default will be shown is slider and unfortunately there is no option to override it.

Could you please guide me as to what php file handles this feature? Perhaps I can try to override the functionality by overriding the file in cPanel.
