I bought the Koto theme and I installed it as it comes in the instructions, both through wordpress and through FTP, once installed enter in wordpress and pulse on activate theme, and here comes the problem, I understand that once activated should Appear in wordpress the Elated Options button next to tools, users, settings ... but when I activate the button Elated Options does not appear.
You probably have not activated plugins which comes with the theme. You need to activate all Elated plugins and the you will be able to see Elated Options for sure.
If you can not figure this out, please send us WP admin access, so that we can set this for you.
