    Hi Team

We have added listings in the website as the site admin.

Can you please tell me how to allocate a user to an existing listing? We want the users to be able to access there dashboard and make changes to listings etc. If we have added the listing and they havent created the listing how do we ensure that they can access the listing?

    Thanks

    Hello,

It should be possible if user claim listing and then you approve it from admin backend.

    Thanks

I need to be able to allocate a listing to an existing user without them claiming the listing?

Or... can you change the owner of a listing once it has been claimed?

We want to upload all the listings... we then want be able to control ( whether that be allocate or approve ) the owner of that listing. We want that functionality to occur by admin only.

There might be another way around it... can you change the owner of a listing in admin? So we could upload all listings and claim them all under one email address and then once we get the customer onboard we could simply change ownership of the listing to a new user?

There has to be a solution... I am unable to see how the "claim listing" functionality actually works on your test site so trying to find solutions.

    Hello,

There is no possibility to allocate listing if user does not claim that listing first. The only option is that you upload listings and then user claim that listing and then if you approve that from backend, he can edit that listing as per his desire.

There is no option to change listing owner in admin. It would be insecure for users who bought listing packages.

    Thanks
