    Hi there, 

    Had some trouble uploading the demo content, so I'm setting up much of the theme manually. 

    How would I get the icon between the Main Menu and Side Area to appear?

    Hello,

    If you have issue with import, it probably means that you have low PHP resources. 

    Please increase these values or ask your hosting to achieve this for you:  

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M

    If you don't want to import demo at this point, you can add that icon on Appearance > Widgets > Header Standard Right from Main Menu widget area as I marked here https://www.screencast.com/t/uoeNKl9Ax
