    Hello,

    Please add this css code in Elated Options > General > Custom CSS field and set desired 

    .eltd-main-menu>ul>li>a {
     font-family: 'Raleway', sans-serif;
     font-size:14px;
    }

    You just need to set desired font family and font size instead of this.
