You should have files "search-and-go.zip" and "Search and Go Main Files.zip". Extract second zip file and inside it should be placed file "search-and-go-child.zip".
Now go to your wp admin and Appearance > Theme > Add New https://www.screencast.com/t/wnUTKdwcc. Than click Upload Theme button and than browse https://www.screencast.com/t/9vP8LmEn8J. Than navigate to your "search-and-go-child.zip" file we mentioned earlier. After the upload is finished, you should have Search & Go Child inside Appearance > Themes. Let me know this worked out.
