After installing and activating the awake wordpress theme, it stops working all wordpress. Feeling error 500 and making it impossible to continue using wordpress. I need an urgent solution because it is for a project that I must finish immediately. I am looking forward to your response. regards
Have you installed theme using our installation instruction from documentation page http://awake.elated-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_installing_awake. Please try reinstalling theme using installation instructions.
Error 500 is usually related to server side, to be precise prbably its PHP version, and since our theme requires at least PHP 5.3 veriosn it might cause issues with theme installation. Also just to know, WooCommerce requires 5.6 PHP version and WordPress suggests using of PHP 7.0.
If you are not sure about this please send us your wp admin access and ftp so we can check it for you.
