I'm having several issues with the header/margins/menu:
1. The header menu & logo doesn't show up unless I scroll down when going to the homepage. And then it doesn't always appear consistently.
2. The logo sticks out below the header when on a smaller screen. Is there an optimal logo size for this section? I don't see that listed anywhere.
3. I would like to know if there is a way to adjust the height of the header? It's a little too narrow, and whatever I've tried in the options doesn't work. I would like to make the header larger so that I can make the logo appear larger too.
4. Anytime I've tried adjusted the margins between the content and the header or the page title section, there is an auto adjust where the content gets dropped down or smooshed up to the top. Once that "auto-change" kicks in, I can't adjust it even if I change the settings back on the page or in overall settings.

Hi allisoncawley,
1) Your logo and menu items are there but on white background you use light header skin so they are not visible. Please change header skin
2) The original photo you upload for your logo should be twice bigger than the one you want to be displayed on site, because of retina rule.
So, for example, if you want your logo displayed as 200x100 px, you should upload original photo as 400x200px.
