I bought this theme because it seemed perfect for the website I want for my client. But I simply cannot get the complete theme demo to install - I have tried at least 30 odd times! Tried the one-click install as well as the import xml document - nothing worked. I finally managed to import the demo without any images, thinking I will add my own images later. But the theme is too slow, I keep getting 404 errors every time I click on 'update' after making any changes.
I should clarify that I have been working on WordPress for nearly a decade, and have tried all the usual methods - including updating php ini settings to allow larger file sizes and longer time-outs. The demo is hosted on DreamHost. Every other website on my DreamHost account is working flawlessly!
I am now running out of time to complete the project, so please let me know if you can help in any way. If not, I would appreciate a refund.
We checked, your website and that kind of issue is only present because of some server configuration or limitation because it cannot handle all get requests from Visual Composer plugin. Even with Revolution slider disabled which is also demanding plugin we still get this error https://www.screencast.com/t/ar2Sh4s05 which is nonsense. If your host cannot find what is causing this, we can only try to disable some iconic fonts to reduce amount of these requests, and for that we will need WordPress and FTP admin access. Note that as I can remember there were maybe 2 more users with same issue on some other theme and we were able to fix this in same way, but we still don't have solution from any hosting companies regarding hosting configuration or parameter which is responsible for this failure.
If you want us to try this on your installation, please provide us with FTP access also.

I appreciate the honest response - 'don't know' is a perfectly acceptable answer :) If you can tell me how to disable the fonts, I can do it. Wouldn't want to bother you with this!
We have commented required line of the file that will disable 4 iconic font packs https://www.screencast.com/t/kjWHp8Cw. Now in Visual Composer there are not available Linea Icons, Simple Line Icons, Dripicon and Linear Cions. This should speed up your VC a bit.
Also please let us know if you want to remove any other Iconic Font pack or you want to revert changes we made.

We really don't know because we are not working with server technology, and hosting companies didn't provided any helpful answer in the past.
This have to be done from theme files, so please provide WP and FTP admin access as requested.
