    Thanks, now it's working but I have can other problem: I can't access to the back-end of the website! 

    When I log it brings me to my profile of the website not on the back-end!

    Hello there,

    When you log in as User who created profile you can not access dashboard, you only have simplified dashboard something like this https://www.screencast.com/t/98bS51K11. However if you log in with admin account apart form this simplified dashboard you should have dashboard access button in top left part of the screen https://www.screencast.com/t/A5qHBkCPV5.

    Can you please provide us access to the site database because, unfortunately, FTP can solve the issue.

    Another solution is to ask your server hosting to access your database, open the table wp_usermeta and in the row where meta key is wp_capabilities meta_value field needs to be as in the screenshot:

    Hi Guys, 

    this problem is finally solved, thanks. 

    Now I got a new one: I created some custom fields but they are not working.

    They only show the default value in the select box and nothing in the custom area box. 

    Is it possible to solve this?

    Hello there,

    Once you create Custom Fields inside Listing Type 

    than in the back-end of the Listing you can set desired value for Custom Fields as we did it for test listing 

    and there is it on the front-end of the Listing 

    also you need to make sure that this Listing is inside Listing Type that you set desired Custom Field.

    Hi guys, 

    thanks for the mini-lession but this is not helpful. 

    I already made as you explained. The problem is: I set the custom fields in the listing type but when I make my choice in the listing this is not working, it goes with the default choice or it doesn't show nothing. 

    In particular:

    select field: when I choose in the listing it always shows the default choice

    text area: it doesn't show nothing even if I wrote something in the box in the listing

    How can I solve this?

    Hello there,

    We have just tested that functionality and it works fine on our side. We have created test field and so please take a loot at the next few images that proves it works fine on our side 

    Select Field definition in the Listing Type back-end (please note default value is 15 ) :

    Setting value of the Select Field of the Listing in the Listing's back-end (please note that we have chosen second options that value is 20)

    and on the front-end of the Listing this is rendered 

    So this functionality work perfect on our site probably something is misconfigured on your side or server is not saving changes made in the back-end of the Listing. Can you please try to disable all third party plugins and try again since some of them may cause the issue with theme functionalities. Also please send us wp admin with credentials as private response so we can investigate is closer.

    Hello there,

    We have tested that feature on your side and we faced the same issue.

    Such issue, when certain changes are not applying or not saving are usually related to server side, to be precise to server php resources, and server gets overloaded with information and simply does not apply certain changes you make in back-end.

    We have checked your PHP resources and there is space for improving them, so please can you ask your server hosting to increase server PHP resource to be like these: 

    max_execution_time = 300;

    memory_limit = 128M;

    upload_max_filesize = 64M;

    post_max_size = 256M;

    max_input_vars = 3000;

    Please let us know if increasing of those values solved the issue for you.

    Can you please try to increase post_max_size to 256 since now when we create Listing Type with it's own Custom Fields those field do not appear in the Listing back-end.

    If that does not help either please try to perform theme update and let us know if this solved the issue.
