Hi, I want to create a listing type, named attractions (beaches, caves, monuments, castles) that will not be claimed and the users cannot choose it in Dashboard. Is there any code for this listing type not to be available to users? Thanks.
The solution is simple on the second request. I want to share with the forumers because it's usefull for everybody. As you know there are so many places like attractions, lands, beachesm, museums etc that cannot be commercial (most times ar public sector or municipal interest) and nobody will try to claim them. So it's a small conflict to give uselles information and choise to our users via the dashboard. What I did.
1. I created the attraction listing-type.
2. I uploaded the attraction items. And then,
3. I made the listing-type private, through the backend. So, now no user can see this type on his dashboard to choose it. (Thanks to search with map it gives results in frontend even if it is private! .../listing/?type=discover)
The first thing, I still wonder (read below), is to hide the claim listing button only from the attractions-listings! So, please Elated Team! Is there any code for this?
Another solution is to create Listing Type and do not publish it, leave as draft.
However, you can not have claim listing disabled only for several listings without custom coding, which we can not provide at the moment since we need to focus on providing support to all our customers.
We hope you understand.
Thanks.
