To change title of desired pages, please install Yoast plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/ and upon installing in every page there will be Yoast Box with options to set desited title, keywords, ect...

Can you please check whether you have translated theme properly since those labels are translatable and it should be translated. It is also weird that they can not be manually translated.

When an user add a new comment, an other user can't add a new comment.
The limit is 1 and once the comment is accepted, it works correctly, but all details of the page disappear ...
