Upon activation theme you need to activate those plugins. We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Rev Slider), and we can't give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists.
To get template for Rev Slider you need to import them. In order to import revolution slider you need to import sliders manually. Go to Slider Revolution > Import Sliders and import them from xml export/rev slider folder. You need to import them one by one. If you still have problem with it please send me your wp admin with pass so i can try to do it for you. After you import them all they will be displayed in Slider Revolution > Slider Revolution https://www.screencast.com/t/1SmI1BHI0.
What exactly templates you need for Visual Composer, as we could see from here http://awelldone.com you have imported demo content properly and there are pages, also if you mean that you VC is disabled for Posts/Potfolio please go to Visual Composer > Role Manager and under Post Type choose Custom, than just check for which Post Types you want VC to be enabled https://www.screencast.com/t/kTlzgdDwQ7.
