1) We solved the issue for you, so now all the logos are appearing correctly, check your page.

2) You have to include Elated WooCommerce DropDown Cart in Header Standard Right From Main Menu widget area in Appearance > Widgets, now there is Search Opener https://www.screencast.com/t/nyI4LoD0pn and it is displayed there as it should be https://www.screencast.com/t/nyI4LoD0pn

3) We have created sample Coupon "123" and when we tried to apply it in checkout page it was successfully https://www.screencast.com/t/NkIuA2Eo9sIz so please try again, and keep in mind that you apply coupon in Checkout page not in your Cart.

1) Logo now appear on mobile as well https://www.screencast.com/t/Z8hV2mbLeYi.

2) You have assigned an title image that was after that deleted and re-uploaded so the url changed, we have just re-assigned the same image as Title Image https://www.screencast.com/t/UsjwxYe4zKz (in the back-end of the page Contact scroll down to Elated Header and set Background Image) and it solved the issue, so title image is now appearing on that page in all resolutions. You can do the same for the rest of the pages that you faced same issue.

3) The issue is present on our demo site as well https://www.screencast.com/t/xyOzw2OXL, and we need to check with our dev team whether that functionality needs to be implemented in Cart page or that button needs to be hidden from cart page and implemented only in Checkout page. For now, we can provide you Custom Css code that will hide Coupon Button from Cart page and leave it like that until we release theme update which will solve this issue, either adding this functionality to Cart Page or remove that Button from Cart page.

Please paste following code into Elated Options > General > Custom Css field

4) Cart icon is now displayed, you have put it in Header Simple Right From Maim Menu and it should be in Header Standard Right From Main Menu https://www.screencast.com/t/KPLL0bIMqe4U. Also we have inserted it in Mobile Widget area as well.
