However, for fully theme functionality your server should have at least PHP 5.4 and if you intend to use WooCommerce at least PHP 5.6 is required. However WordPress recommend usage of PHP 7.

Also tried adding 4 lines to htaccess as suggestion on web. Still nothing.
FIXED. Hosting company said theme was looking for php 4.4, they changed to php 4.6 and modified my config file. Consider this support request CLOSED.
