You need to go to Appearance > Menus and there add new menu item as Custom Link , in our case Shop from the screenshot below
Also make sure that you set Shop Image under Custom Widget Area.
After that please go to Appearance > Widgets and there create new Custom Widget Area named Shop Image and in it place widget named Elated Image Widget with settings like in next screenshot
