Hello I hope all is well. I want the homepage background to be a video, not an image. I tryed to upload a video from google drive, vimeo and yutube as well, but only see a white background and and the following error: "ERROR LOADING THIS RESOURCE".
Could you help me about this matter. My boss wants video background instead of an image, but i can't fix this problem. Thanks in advance and have a great day. Best regards.

Yes you right! I forgot to take out the protection, now is ready to access. The user name and password that I replied privately is for wp admin. Thank you again and i hope you can solve this matter.
As we promised we came up with solution to the video background issue. Go check your Home Page and the video is playing. It is just important that you include your video in Media as we did with sample, dummy video that is currently displaying, and to use that url. We have uploaded .mp4 file format but you can use any of three remaining formats.

Thanks for opening the feature to upload the video... We have some issues...
# 1 It is not capable of displaying on Mobile Devices... The options then will be to fix the option so they can be played on mobile devices, laptops, tablets desktops or I know there is a feature that on mobile devices you can simply load an image instead. We will launch tomorrow with an image regardless, but ideally with the video we do want it to be there.. the name of the video to use is FINAL BACK VIDEO.
# 2 For some reason when we land on the main page for the 1st time the social media icons, as well as the icon that opens the menus for Login and in the Mobile divice the icon that will open the main menu, look like a small envelope, they do not load... You need to go to another page and then come back... This we need to fix as well because its confusing and doesnt look good.
# 3 We have another project for an Investment Real Estate and will like to know where to search for more Themes from your collection.
1) You can achieve to have image on mobile screens and to have video on higher resolutions using this:
a) Set video background we previously did
b) Paste following Custom Css code that will remove video on mobile resolutions and apply background image to the first row, that we have added row ID first-row

I'm going to forward this to developers to take a closer look.
