Login to your WP admin. In the same browser window, open instagram.com in a new tab, and logout for any profile you’re logged in at the moment.
Then go to Elated Options -> Social, and click Reconnect button for Instagram, and it will ask you for a new account you want to login to.
If that does not help, please send us WP admin access and a login link in your next reply so we can check this on your end.
If this doesn't solve the issue please try this:
If you have access to your database, please open wp_options table. Inside the table find 3 rows, first with option_name: eltd_instagram_code, second with option_name: eltd_instgram_access_token and third with option_name: eltd_instagram_user_id. Delete option_values from those rows. https://www.screencast.com/t/luHqYvKXGln , and reset (clear content) for three rows, just ignore "qode" prefix in previous screenshot and in your case it will be "eltd" prefix. If you don't have access to your site's database, please ask your hosting to do it for you. When you clear that 3 fields, you will be able to login with your instagram account, as first time.
If you still have same issue please provide us wp admin access with credentials so we can do it for you.

We have fixed the issue with disabling all third party plugins. You were using a lot of them so please try to avoid usage of third party plugins at all.
Also, we have connected with our intagram for testing purposes and images were displayed where they should, so we have cleared database again so you can connect with your instagram account.

We've done some reset of SQL fields. You can now reconnect with your Instagram account https://www.screencast.com/t/Wuw4QjISLNro Then you will have to add your widgets again in Appearance > Widgets

Hi, I need to change the Instagram account.
I have allowed it previously. Now when I click it it just refreshes the page and nothing happens.

First, try this solution:
