You can set desired image as logo background image by going in the back-end of desired page, scroll down to Elated Header section and there upload desire image as Logo Background image as in next screenshot:

The original photo you upload for your logo should be twice bigger than the one you want to be displayed on site, because of retina rule.
So, for example, if you want your logo displayed as 200x100 px, you should upload original photo as 400x200px.
And in Elated Options -> Header, you set the header height initially and on scroll if you use sticky header type, note that logo can't be displayed bigger than that height you set there http://screencast.com/t/cYoTwd7bKRN so it will be restricted in height by the Header Height you have set.

I'm now having trouble with the header image letters looking fuzzy despite trying different sizes.
When I try making the header image larger it shows even messier edges.
