1) The issue is related to WooCommerce update and another solution can be to ask your server hosting for database backup prior WooCommerce 3.0.x update.
2) You can achieve it using Blog Standard template, since this will render your Video right in page
In your page you have sent us, you used Blog List element to show Blogs, and by default, it shows only Featured Image.
