You can change title tag of the blog post, just open folder wp-content\themes\mrseo\framework\modules\blog\templates\parts and file named title.php in it and just change whole second line with this
$title_tag = 'h1';
It is alos shown in next screenshot:

sadly, this solution didn't work - it changed the tags on archive pages aswell, which is not good since I would have multiple h1 tags on the website.
So I changed the file wp-content\themes\mrseo\framework\modules\blog\templates\singles\standard\standard.php - you can see how, on the picture, just in case anyone else needs this solution aswell.
