Hello! I'm using the Allure theme, however I can't seem to find what the main ELITE page is using for the default carousel images?

Is it latest posts, most popular, tags? Love to know, and also where I'd find this information for future reference.

    Thanks so much!

    Hello there,

This is actually shortcode added in back-end of the page, scroll down to Elated General section and than in the Slider Shortcode field there is a shorcode that displays Posts you are mentioning

AS you can see after inspecting that shortcode it is showing three certain posts

and to change it you just need to generate another Blog List in the blank page

change to Classic editor and there should be displayed shortcode

just paste it in the same place where the previous was.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Thank you, found it.

What about if I want to put a category's recent posts there? :)

Also, I'm curious why my ELITE main page shows as blank / without elements? Despite looking normal on the main page view.

Where do I find the main page elements to adjust?

    Hi,

That's because that particular page uses Blog: Two Columns template

and it has predefined content so it will not render content you add in Visual Composer, but you can add desired Slider if you scroll down a bit to Elated General and there is Slider Shortcode

So if you want to change your current Slider to desired one please just create new page and there in Visual Composer create desired Blog Slider with desired settings

than just switch to Classic mode

    and shortcode will appear

Just copy it and paste in previously mentioned Slider Shortcode field on desired page.

Please let us know if this solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Hello again!

It's been a while but now the carousel is not auto sliding. I'm not sure why - it was auto-sliding before.

Nothing has been changed but the item is not sliding automatically.

    The website is http://corsetsandcouture.net/

Love to know what the issue is?

    Hi there again,

You can inspecting this element through Visual Composer.

Or try disabling all 3rd party plugins and seeing if that helps.

If not, please provide WP credentials and we will take a closer look.

    Thanks.
