When it comes to importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import, open chrome developer tools, hit Import, and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in the console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 3-4 times or maybe more).
Please understand that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers, so issue is usually triggered by lower server resources. Usually it is due to low WordPress memory limit https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP and also due to low PHP directives, so it would be good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you:

It is quite often I import theme demos for my WP and I understand the general issues of size limit etc. I have already imported 2 theme demos without any issues, in fact all your images have been imported but not the actual code... will try and disable the 3 party plugins to see.
I have managed to update the hosting plan with more memory as instructed and this seems to have fixed the import issue! Thanks!! I was able to import the demo site....however I now have a small issue with the Revolution Slider.
As you can see it did not import the sliders correctly, How can I fix this? I see there is an option to import sliders in Revslider. Any chance you can sending me the files I need. Slider for main demo (restaurant home ) light home and about us page.

Rev Slider import is separate from Demo Import. In order to import revolution slider you need to import sliders manually. Go to Slider Revolution > Import Sliders (this is screehshoted image that you have sent us and there is an option to Import Rev Sliders)
and import them from xml export/rev slider folder. You need to import them one by one. If you still have problem with it please send me your wp admin with pass so i can try to do it for you.
