1) We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Rev Slider), and we can't give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists.

2) Those icons are actually the icons of the Listing Category that Listing is assigned to. So to change that icon for each Listing Category go to Listing > Listing Category  

and there should be All Listing Categories listed. Just click on Edit button below desired Listing Package and there set desired Icon 

However, you can only choose from the icons listed here, you can not upload your own icons.

3) Our theme support multilingual site and we recommend you to use WPML plugin to achieve that since we tested it and our theme is fully compatible with that plugin.

4) You can achieve it using some Custom Css, just paste code below into Elated Options > General > Custom Css field
