    Hi, how do I get the mobile menu working? I don't see a Mobile option under Appearance>Menus

    Thank you :)

    Hello there,

    Mobile Menu is menu that is actually set to be Main Navigation Menu. You can set desired menu to be Main Navigation Menu by going into Appearance > Menus and there select desired Menu from the DropDown list

    and click Select button to the right.

    After you have selected desired menu scroll down to the Menu Setting section and there check Main Menu and save changes.

    Please note that the menu that you have selected will also appear when not in mobile screen resolutions.

    Let us know if this was helpful and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    In your response you say: "Please note that the menu that you have selected will also appear when not in mobile screen resolutions."

    Does this mean you don't have a mobile only menu? I've never experienced this, and I've worked with over 15 different WordPress themes. This is a big issue for us. We only want the Panel Area and Side Area icons in the menu bar when not in mobile view.

    Please advise.

    Hello there,

    Unfortunately, theme is built in with such option, but it can be solved quite easy using some Custom Css that will hide menu on higher resolutions and display it in mobile screen size.

    Just go to Appearance > Menus and make desired menu, assign it as Main Navigation

    and than just paste code below into Elated Options > General > Custom Css field

    nav.eltd-main-menu.eltd-drop-down.eltd-default-nav {
        display: none;
    }

    Please let us know if this solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Hi, this only works down to 1440 screen width (see attached screenshot). Can you provide another solution or adjust the code to account for the screen widths between 1440 and 1020px?

    Hello,

    Sorry for that, but it was actually Sticky Header that dropped down in two lines since there is too many menu items to fit in one line. But to hide Sticky menu as well please use following Custom Css code

    .eltd-sticky-header nav.eltd-main-menu.eltd-drop-down.eltd-sticky-nav {
        display: none;
    }

    Please let us know if this solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
