    Hi Elated,

    I tried it out with my own personal Gmail account and I still get the same error message. Also, I don't really have a strong background in coding so figuring out Contact 7 Form is quite difficult.

    Thanks

    Hi Elated,

    I contacted my server providers and now the Contact Form sends! It's working! Thanks so much for your help! Now it's more to do with the look of the form, I've pretty much figured it out but there's this one particular part that I'm not sure about.

    I'm using the "eltdf-two-columns-50-50 clearfix" throughout this particular form (Admissions > Frequently Asked Questions & Contact) and it's perfectly fine until the last message box. It comes out of alignment. Please advise! Thanks.

    Hello again,

    We are so pleased to hear that the issue is solved.

    We can assist you with this issue.

    Please do next: Go to Contact Form and open that form, than add some class to the divs marked in the screenshot

    for instance add them class move-right, so it looks like this

    <div class='move-right'> ...

    Than just paste following Custom Css code into Elated Options > General > Custom Css field

    .move-right{
    padding-left: 15px;
    padding-right: 15px;
    }

    Also add this code as well

    .eltdf-two-columns-50-50-inner p {
        margin-left: 15px;
    }

    If you find this difficult we will gladly do that for you if you provide us wp admin access with credentials since we can not connect with the once provided earlier.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Oh! I forgot to ask one more thing in that particular page. After getting the Contact Form to work in FAQ & Contact, my illustration PNG above the footer now sits within the grid. In comparison to my other pages, the illustration stretches and fits the full width. I still have the Single Image running full-width and I haven't touched anything but the Contact Form, but now I can't seem to get it out of the grid.

    (Is there an easier way of having this particular illustration running above the footer throughout all my pages and posts, instead of having to add it in through Visual Composer on an individual page each time? I'd love for it to run through all my portfolio/blog pages [essentially every single page] as well but can't seem to figure out how to do it.)

    Hi,

    1) Of course we can

    We did as we instructed in previous answer and it is applied as it should, please check your Contact Form now.

    2) We have fixed it with some Custom Css code, please go to Elated Options > General > Custom Css code and in that field please find CONTACT PAGE section and check what changes we applied.

    Please let us know if this solves the issues and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Hi Elated,

    Thanks so much. The form looks great in that page.

    In regards to the illustration that runs along the bottom, above the footer, is there an easier way of having this particular illustration running above the footer throughout all my blogposts and portfolios as well? So not only in pages?

    And sorry for such a late response, I was away on an extended trip with limited internet access.

    Hi Elated,

    I get that it works in Pages but when I try to duplicate that setting for Portfolio/Blog it doesn't run right above the footer and instead inside the boundary box of the content. I'd like for it to run fully. Please see attached.

    Hello there,

    We are so sorry for the delay, there were some issue with ticksy recently, and for some reason, this ticket was not shown. We are so sorry for this. Can you please provide us WP Admin access so we can check it closer since the link you previously sent us http://wp1.ais.edu.hk/wp-admin/?wtlwp_token=5c6c9236b2126c121779cd19fd216476 do not allow us admin access to your back-end.

    Once again, we are so sorry for the delay, we simply did not get notification for this particular ticket.

    If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    We are so sorry for the delay, as you probably saw there were some issues with ticksy, and since it is third party app we do not have control over it.

    The issue is that only pages have full width template, it can not be set for blog posts and that's why that row can not be stretched. We can only offer you one workaround to expand container of the blog and to make it full width using some Custom Css code and than you can add certain rows to be in grid and to make them "in grid". But this will limit usage of the sidebar to the blog which is not quite functional.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
