Hi, first off, I love this theme! But I'm having an issue getting the instagram feed to show up in the footer. I want the instagram plugin to cover the whole footer width across.

    1. The instagram plugin doesn't seem to work (it's activated) and I've connected my instragram account in the social networks section, yet when I place the plugin in the footer widget, nothing shows up.

    2. The footer widget bottom options are 'left' and right' even though i've specified the footer bottom to be one section.  Will that override and show up as one row?

    3. Where to do you specify where the custom widget area will show up? Not sure how to activate a custom widget area to make it show.

Also, just throwing this out there, I think it would be so helpful on your documentation to give instructions on how to do something vs. only stating what our options are.

Example: you have the ability to create a custom widget area and here are the steps to create one 1, 2, 3...etc.

This is one of the most robust themes I've worked with and I am have having a difficult time navigating through it. I think it would clear up a lot of simple issues that multiple people come across.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello there,

Thank you for choosing our theme.

We are pleased you like it.

    1) Try reconnecting to instagram account: you can just login to your database via hosting interface, locate database you're using (name can be found in your wp installation file under wp-confing.php file). Then, locate wp_options table and make sure to show all records within. Use search within browser and find records containing instagram keyword. Among them please find there three rows, first with option_name: eltd_instagram_code, second with option_name: eltd_instgram_access_token and third with option_name: eltd_instagram_user_id. Delete option_values from those rows, and try connecting to your Instagram account again. We can do that for you if you provide us your wp admin access with credentials as private response.

    2) If you have set in Elated options > Footer that you want only one column that on the front end one column will be rendered and it will be content of the Footer Bottom  Left widget area.

    3) Custom Widget areas are just Custom Content made with widgets and it can be included for sidebar.

Please no that at first theme might be difficult for you but it is purely because there are a lot of settings and once you get used to our framework and once you get used to it you will be able to make beautiful site with it. But until than we are always here to help you and navigate you through building your site using our theme.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
