I submitted a ticket but haven't heard back so I'm submitting another because I'm trying to get this going.
None of the banners are working. I attached two screenshots to give you an idea. It's as if the banners were not included with the theme even though they are supposed to be. Please let me know what I need to do to move forward and if you would like I will even give you my login information so you can look further into it.
You need to import Revolution Sliders. In order to import revolution slider you need to import sliders manually. Go to Slider Revolution > Import Sliders and import them from xml export/rev slider folder. You need to import them one by one. If you still have problem with it please send me your wp admin with pass so i can try to do it for you.
