Unfortunately, there is no surface you are mentioning but we can add it using some Custom Css code. For that particular image of the related Listing it can be achieved using this code
with setting desired color or the title overlay in rgba format where last number, 0.7, sets background transparency, closer to 0 is more transparent and closer to 1 is more opaque.
