I purchased and installed this theme on wordpress 4.8 (godaddy instant install). The theme loads but is not fully functional. I get notifications that the item code does not work and the slider widget will not work or register. WooCommerce plugin is also out out of date. The theme would not upload into word press and I had to manually upload it to the themes folder. The theme looked very nice on the live demo but is not running properly and i would like it to run as advertised.
First off all please note that we are here for any issue you face and we will give our best to assist you achieve desired layout.
1) For the plugins ( Visual Composer and Rev Slider ) issue ( activation/registration of plugins ): We have bought extended licence for those plugins and they are included in our theme via extended licence. More about it can be found in this article and the link on Envato about bundled plugins included in article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10866/ . So, just upon theme istallation and activation please ignore messages regarding activation of these plugins ( just install them ) and they will work as they should.
2) For the direct WordPress theme upload issue there might be some limitation on the server like max_upload_filesize which prevented file to be uploaded, but since you have uploaded theme via FTP there is no issue with it anymore.
3) For the WooCommerce compatibility, please note that our theme is not fully compatibility with WooCommerce 3.1 which i slatest version, we and we are currently working on theme update to cover that compatibility so theme update will be released soon. Until than, please just downgrade WooCommerce to any 2.6.x version since it is the highest version that our theme is compatible with. You can download that version from next link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ at the bottom of the page
or ask your server for site back-up prior WooCommerce installation.
4) If you want to get same layout as in our demo http://superfood.elated-themes.com/ you can import our demo by going into Elated Options > Import there choose desired import type
