    Hey guys,

I know this is not a huge question, but it's driving me nuts and cannot figure it out. The "Section" text next to the bars icon for the Side Area isn't lined up to the right anymore. I checked your demo to mirror the css and see if something we did impacted it, but your demo is doing the same thing as the picture we included here. Maybe it's our browsers but we all see it.

    Any ideas?

It's Saturday, so I know you don't work today. But he's what we found. We basically all use Chrome, some regular Chrome and some Chrome Canary.

But it is fixed when we remove the margin-right-3px; from the following:

    .eltd-vertical-align-containers .eltd-position-center:before, .eltd-vertical-align-containers .eltd-position-left:before, .eltd-vertical-align-containers .eltd-position-right:before {}

Strange. Not sure I want to remove that. It did just happen out of nowhere, so we're hesitant to remove it.

    Hi Peoples_Pundit,

Our first screenshot is Chrome browser. Again, we tested your page on different devices using chrome and there is no such issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/GF22UnTKq

We really can't offer you any fix when we can't reproduce the same on our side.

    Hope you understand

However, you can remove that -3px and test your page. if everything else looks nice than you can leave it

    Kind regards

    Hi guys,

I think we're just going to leave it for now given you all see it fine. It must be something browser specific, which is weird by we are hesitant to change that rule. Might do more harm than good.

Maybe I should post another ticket, but I did also want to ask about the ability to add pages in the Visual Composer Page Builder, as an element like you can with posts.

Basically, maybe we can have it identified by the page ID or something. We conduct a lot of polls, which are published on pages and showcased by a custom menu in the sidebar. But the featured images are custom graphics and they're really cool. They were designed to be seen.

Again, I can open another ticket if you'd like, but any suggestions would be great.  We were thinking we might have to make a custom plugin.

    Hello,

We have checked your site once again on multiple browsers and everything looks fine. There is no misplacement.

For the second issue, are you referring to the Visual Composer element that will preview Pages, just like there is for previewing Blog posts? If so, we have not included that functionality since we primarily focused on previewing blogs in the lists. So there is no option for that now.

We can only consider including something similar for our future themes if more customers are interested in that functionality.

Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support. We hope you understand.

In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

    Thanks for understanding.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

    Thanks.

I was talking about something more like the Elated Block 1-2-3-etc. only one that would add pages. I think we can build something pretty simple based on your code.

Just wondering if you had a shortcut or if we were missing something.  Thanks anyway!

    Hello,

You can try to add Elated Block X and the just add some desired Post ID in Elated Block Settings >> Include Posts, like we did here

Post ID you can see when you go to edit some article (within url into the address (location) bar)

That seems to be working for custom post types but now for post_type "page". We added a block with 3 page ids. It says no posts found (screenshot included).

Maybe we could just add the graphic as an image and link it to the page, but there won't be a title.

    Hi,

Yes, this built in functionality Elated Block will only preview Blog Posts , not pages, unfortunately. This is how dev team designed that element to work, and to change it some changes within theme files need to be changed, since main focus on the theme is previewing Blog posts, not that much on the pages.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

Okay, we think we can figure out what needs to be done. We'll just mirror your classes to get it to look like a post element.

One more small question and I promise we'll stop.

Can't we create a custom.font.php for SVG-based icons, like eltd.fontawesome.php? If we change the <i> markup to <svg> etc. but keep all eltd-icon classes, and add it to the eltd.icons.php like one of the other packs, it'll work?

We see how it's added to elated theme options panel, which isn't hard to do.

    Elated replied

    Hello again,

You can try to do so by following our examples for adding Iconic packs but since we have not tested it with svg it might be some issues since WordPress is not so familiar with svg, svg images are not supported by WordPress because of security.

Please let us know if you managed to replicate our inclusion of the additional Icons Packs.

Also, for any other issues please feel free to ask us, and even if it a suggestion since we find your suggestions very interesting for our future theme releases.

    Thanks.

Sorry I didn't see you responded until now. Will do! We're working on it now. Another suggestion, since you're open to them, is to give the option to exclude the current post in "sort" feature for sidebar widgets Elated Post Layout Widgets.

Just that I cannot seem to add "Subscribe Now" and "Sign In" to the left of the search box in the header, both normal and sticky. I basically want it to mirror "Search" but it's pushing it over. You can close the ticket after this.

    Hi,

You just need to go to Appearance > Widget and there find Right From Logo widget area https://www.screencast.com/t/DzJbWSVaIbE and there include desired widget ( there will be Search Form which is placed there by default )

Please let us know if this solved the issue and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
