Can someone contact me – My creator theme is having issues with three things—the shop section has been glitching and I’m wondering is there a WooCommerce update or so? Also is there anyway to make the site more mobile friendly? Lastly, does this theme support Permalinks… We haven’t been able to figure this out… Maybe this theme could use an overall update?
1) The issue is related to latest WooCommerce update since our theme is not yet fully compatible with that version. We are preparing theme update that will covet that compatibility and until than please either install WooCommerce 2.6.14 from this link https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ at the bottom of the page or ask your server for site back-up prior WooCommerce update.
2) First you need to enable responsiveness in Elated Options > General and than our theme will be response ready. But depending on various content there might be some issues on various screen resolutions which can be solved with some Custom Css code that we will gladly provide for you, just point us t=what needs to be done.
3) In which sense you want to use Permalinks? Can you please be more precise what you try to achieve and we will try to provide you the best possible solution.
