If this does not help, please try reinstalling your WordPress completely with theme or provide us FTP access as well as WP Admin access so we can install theme for you and enable Visual Composer on the front-end for you.

I would just like to be refunded for the theme and the extra visual composer I purchased that was not needed. this is taking way to long and i just want to get my site back up.. thank you
You can always submit a refund request on Envato since this is support section and we do not handle refunds. But please keep in mind that Envato has strict policy regarding refunds and we honestly think that you should give our theme a shot since we are giving our best to help you and we will try to solve any issue for you.
The issue is that you are not quite used to our framework and our theme and once you get used to it you will be able to create awesome site using it. Until than, we are here to help you with anything you have problem.
