Please open file named wp-content\plugins\eltdf-core\shortcodes\item-showcase\templates\item-showcase-item.php and there find marked line of text https://www.screencast.com/t/0bOytk6kV ( 11th line ) and just change whole line with this line

and there will be no <br> tags for this element, they will be converted in line break.
