    Hello Robin,

We have inspected your site and the post that you have created is present on your posts page https://www.screencast.com/t/4EsHVhvfZcE and it is added to desired category properly https://www.screencast.com/t/jgxjDnE5 . However there is an issue with categories links in the menu, they are not set properly since it link you to this page http://www.lifeafter30.nl/intimate/ and the categories page is http://www.lifeafter30.nl/category/intimate/ which actually previews that category properly.

So, please go to Appearance > Menus, select the menu you are currently using and select Categories from the Categories field marked in next screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/9SzMQE7BfC . IF there is no Categories field please go to Screen options  and check Categories https://www.screencast.com/t/1MnTiRtjz . If you still struggle with this please provide us WP admin access with credential so we can do this for you.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know and we will gladly help.

    Thanks.

    Hi Robin,

You menu is built well, since you have first level menu items, and second level menu items ( About, Contact ) which are displayed on hover over Pages menu item. So we can not reproduce the issue. What exactly you want to change? You can pass us credentials here as private response as only you and me are able to them in private response.

Also, please explain us detailed how you want your menu to look and we can create ti for you.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to ask us.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Sorry for the delay, it was caused by weekend days.

Thank you for making clear what is your intention

To solve this issue, you need to, once you publish a post/page, manually add it in the Menu. To do so please go to Appearance > Widgets and there select the menu you are currently using and just add your post/page as the submenu of desired parent menu item. So if you publish post named test in the category Life you just need to add that post in the menu as submenu item of the current Life menu item.

Please let us know if this was helpful and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.

    Hi Robin,

We are sorry for the delay we are currently overwhelmed with tickets

What we meant is that you should go to Appearance > Menus and since you are currently using menu named menu3  just in it add previously published posts https://www.screencast.com/t/XwnDGFT4GU5n and include those posts as submenu of desired menu item as we suggested previously ( and as you did for Pages and it's submenu items Life, Animate, About, Contact ) . So just include manually and they will appear in the menu.

However, if you want to have a page that will actually preview blog posts ( as it's content ) you need to make a new page in Pages > Add New and for that page set Template to be Blog ( choose one of them ) https://www.screencast.com/t/PHq4F7ceIV and that page will preview blog posts on that page as we created one for you: http://www.lifeafter30.nl/1510-2/ .

Please let us know if this was helpful and if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Thanks.
