1) Menu items color depends on Header Skin you choose in Elated Options > Header > Header Skin https://www.screencast.com/t/PCnvWiflLa so if you choose Light menu items will be white and for the Dark ithtey will be black. For the hover color, it is actually Theme First Main color that can be set in Elated Options > General > Design Style and there set desired First Main color  https://www.screencast.com/t/PCnvWiflLa

2) To include Rev Slider in your page, you just need to include it in that page. It can be done in two ways:

a) Using Rev Slider element is Visual Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/nfLD1KupZY

b) Using Rev Slider shortcode: Just go to Revolution Slider and there select desired slider and just click Embed Slider https://www.screencast.com/t/yqKIaNHy and shortcode will appear https://www.screencast.com/t/3YN2SnYe5b2a , copy it and go to back-end of that page where you want it to be displayed, scroll down to Elated General Section and find Slider Shortcode field and just there paste previously copied shortcode https://www.screencast.com/t/hDWgXmyEPRu .

For the Title background image, it can be set globally in Elated Options > Title  > Background Image https://www.screencast.com/t/Zimuj0duB and also it can be set separately for each page in the back-end of that page, scroll down to Elated Title section and there set desired Title Background image https://www.screencast.com/t/eqmR8ftpBQ
