    How can I get Listings PUBLISHED (or approved) automatically since the same moment when the user send them... I mean I do not want have a waiting time to an administrator review and approve the Published status.

    I changed the user role several times and this is not the way...
    All my users are "Author"

    Hi,

    All the Listing submitted need to be approved by side admin. We have integrated that default behavior since anyone can register and once someone register he is able to submit a Listing. Also, than, he can publish anything even some offensive content and if you do not have control over it it can get a bit messy on the site. That's why we have implemented that functionality ( to manually approve each Listing ) and that's why we highly recommend you to keep that setting. Any professional site need to have some control over content that anyone can publish We hope you understand our intention with this functionality.

    Does this imply there is a way to change setting?  

    If it can not be changed is there a way to have admin notified of the submission?

    @DITV Can you please, in future, try to avoid writing in someone other's ticket, so please feel free to submit your own with precise question and we will give our best to assist.

    There is way, but we do not recommend you to do so, since this is default theme behavior and it might disrupt some other theme functionalities. So please do not try to edit theme files unless you are familiar with programming, and you should have at least intermediate programming language to do so.

    Unfortunately,  we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers http://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support. We hope you understand.

    apologies, it said public ticket, i figured that meant open to anyone.  why else would there be the option to reply?

    also was not asking about modifying theme code, myself, or you.  Just asking about what was built into theme as it was.

    @DITV Just because than original ticket owner get a messages that he is probably not interested in, and because you can submit your own ticketWe hope you understand and that this is not a big problem.

    Unfortunately, there is no such built in functionality, so we just suggested that you can find someone to that for you, if you if that functionality is absolutely necessary for you.
