Yes, in order to import revolution slider you need to import sliders manually. Go to Slider Revolution > Import Sliders and import them from xml export/rev slider folder. You need to import them one by one.

1. I need to change the title position on blog/post single page in "standart" mode, I would like to put the title of the post under the photo highlighted. See my attachment 1, please.
2. Where do I provisionally change the font of the citation? attachment 2
3. how do I place an ad on top of the logo (in header) just in the blog single pages?
4. how do i put a "read more" button in that place? It´s a "Elated Post Layout 3" block (see attachment 3 please)
5. Still about the related posts: I was able to install the additional css and took the categories that were on the photo. But it is still with bad reading, is it possible to take the title too and leave it under the image? or some darkening effect on the image to further highlight the title...
6. I understood everything about the mobile version and I would like it when I enabled the top bar on the mobile phone, the icons would stay on the same line because we have space. Please, see my header mobile in the image attached 4

Ah! I found the answer to my original question:
"When importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately.
To import a RevSlider from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import.
Search for RevSlider / desired_file.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / xml export folder and import that demo’s slideshow."
